Faith and Behavior Memorandum of Understanding

I. Purpose

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provides a basis of unity in faith and conduct between Pattern Resource Group, LLC (hereafter, “Pattern”) and , as they seek to cooperate and accelerate their respective missions. Both parties agree to uphold the beliefs and standards listed in

II. Description of Agreements

A. Evangelical Statement of Faith (As adopted by the National Association of Evangelicals.)

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

B. Statement of Christian Behavior

For the purpose of unity within the body of Christ, while we may not always be in full agreement with the doctrines of Pattern and their sponsoring organization, we agree to not disparage any of those beliefs, nor to mention Pattern or their sponsoring organization when noting disagreements in doctrines or practice.
Likewise, Pattern and their sponsoring organization agree to not disparage any persons, teams, or organizations using their software; allowing each team/organization to create their own content which espouses unique beliefs, so long as those beliefs are not contrary to the Evangelical Statement of Faith.

III. EFFECTIVE DATE

The MOU is effective from the date of its signature and remains in effect until changed or terminated by either organization. When either party is dissatisfied with this agreement, they will amicably go their separate ways.
